Jason Ward Cancels Star Wars Day Pajama Party For Teens

“Now’s just not a good time,” said Jason Ward after suddenly cancelling a virtual Star Wars party exclusively for teenagers… and him. The editor of MakingStarWars.net was remorseful for having to share the bad news a few hours before the private Zoom party’s scheduled 12pm ‘shotski’ kickoff.

“I hope I haven’t ruined Star Wars Day for any teens out there. I’ve just been going through a lot these last few days, and as much as I’d love to party with the next generation, it’s probably best that I cancel.”

According to a 19-year-old that managed to score an invite, the party was going to feature Star Wars-themed games, Jason-themed music, and lots of virtual flirting with “an older scoundrel in flannel PJs.”

“He was going to share exclusives, too. I had my eye on some of the Baby Yoda pics from Mando Season Two he mentioned in our DMs. Ugh. Am I pissed? Hell yeah. I’m 19… next year I’ll be too old for Star Wars Day Pajama Party.

Ward said he would be returning the TikTok videos, Instagram photos, Snapchat snaps, and Twitter pics that teens had sent him in exchange for tickets to the May 4th event.
