New Mando Leaks Reveal “Endgame” Miniseries With Fan Favorite Villain

Mando fans, strap in for a wild ride today. Early this morning FSW received a transmission from Clown Eyes – one of our spies hidden deep within Kathleen Kennedy’s bunker at Lucasfilm. Clown Eyes has been privy to several high-level discussions centered on the live action Filoni-verse, which includes The Mandalorian, Ahsoka, Rangers of the New Republic, and to some extent the upcoming Kenobi series. The following data dump features Clown Eyes entire transmission, so proceed with caution if you’re somehow averse to spoilers.

WARNING: HUGE FILONI-VERSE SPOILERS AHEAD

  • Rangers of the New Republic was initially conceived as a Cara Dune spin-off, however Lucasfilm has backpedaled on that in lieu of Carano’s online controversies
  • Gina Carano hasn’t been on set for Mando season 3
  • Cobb Vanth or a new character is now being looked at as the potential lead of the Rangers show
  • There is buzz about Luke being introduced to Ahsoka during her series with Mark Hamill returning using de-aging effects that have been greatly improved since used in the Marvel films
  • An actor for Ezra has been cast, but it is not Rahul Kohli
  • Temura is back as Rex in the Ahsoka show, and will appear in Kenobi as well, because Lucasfilm wants to capitalize on the prequel nostalgia
  • To clarify the rampant misconception online: there is no Boba Fett show and it’s not filming currently. Mandalorian Season 3 is filming, and it co-stars Boba. Din doesn’t get a new ship; he just sticks with Boba and Fennec.
  • Season 3 is more of an ensemble with Boba and Fennec along for the ride. Fennec was supposed to take over the “female co-lead” position from Cara when she got her own show

  • Season 3 features a Wookiee bounty hunter, who will be played by Joonas Suotamo
  • The “endgame” of Mando, Ahsoka, and Rangers is a build up to Grand Admiral Thrawn as the final villain similar to Thanos in the MCU films
  • Lars Mikkelsen has signed on to appear in multiple shows as Thrawn
  • Lucasfilm plans to do a very loose adaption of the original Thrawn trilogy by Timothy Zahn; Andy Serkis will return as Snoke and to fill the Joruus C’baoth role while Sebastian Stan has been cast as Luuke Skywalker or “Bigger Luke”.
  • The “cinematic event” will be a new miniseries with all the various characters coming together. There is no title for it yet, and it’s subject to change as it’s *very* far off. They intend for these series to go on for years with a slow build up.
  • The plan is to also slowly portray the transition into the First Order aesthetics, similar to how the Clone Wars showed the transition of armor/technology over the years.
