Harry Knowles Calls Out Kristian Harloff For White Shill Privilege

The former head of pioneering shill website Ain’t It Cool News has resurfaced — and he’s got a bone to pick with Collider’s Kristian Harloff. After years of laying low due to assault allegations, Harry Knowles has broken his silence because of “ridiculous and irresponsible” claims made by Harloff in a recent live tantrum.

“So he’s been working for five years being a Star Wars fan… well, boo-boo! I’ve got news for you Kris, I’ve been shilling Star Wars professionally for almost 25 years, and I’ve literally busted my hump at least three times… this isn’t a stunt wheelchair, my dude, but you don’t hear me complaining.”

Knowles went on to say that Harloff is giving every fan site run by white shills a bad name.

“We don’t all expect perks overnight. The vast majority of us are playing the long game here. We have no problem waiting 10, 20 — even 30 years — for Disney and Lucasfilm to send us swag bags, licensed T-shirts and red carpet invites.”

We reached out to Harloff for comment on this story, but he blocked us despite our promise of an invite to the FSW office theme park.
